Job Description:

Calling all spa leaders and visionaries, are you ready to steer the ship of tranquility and well-being? We're on the hunt for someone extraordinary to join our team as a Spa Manager. As a Spa Manager at California Skin Care & Day Spa, you'll be the captain of serenity, ensuring that every client leaves our spa with a sense of bliss and rejuvenation. You're not just a Spa Manager; you're a director of tranquility!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional service standards and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team of estheticians, massage therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
  • Develop and execute spa promotions, packages, and events to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor and manage spa inventory, including products, equipment, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with all spa regulations, safety standards, and sanitation protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, responding to feedback and ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
  • Handle spa budgeting, financial reporting, and payroll responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in spa management, including staff leadership and business development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage spa operations effectively.
  • Knowledge of spa and wellness industry trends and best practices.
  • Flexibility in your schedule to accommodate the spa's operational hours.
