Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and maintaining brand consistency across channels. Responsibilities
Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and projects
Coordinate production of marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and presentations
Conduct market research and compile reports on trends, competitors, and customer feedback
Maintain and update company databases, contact lists, and promotional inventories
Assist with event preparation, logistics, and follow-up
Track campaign performance and prepare reports for the marketing team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role (internships count)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools
