What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items
• Capability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods
• Willingness to work in environments with cleaning agents/chemicals
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

 

What You’ll Do as a Janitor:

• Empty trash and recycling bins across all facility zones
• Clean and vacuum carpets, tiled floors, and entryways
• Sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
• Clean breakrooms, including tables, chairs, counters, appliances, and vending areas
• Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas like lobbies and office spaces
• Wash windows, sanitize touchpoints, clean blinds, and dust furniture
• Power wash and scrub designated warehouse areas
• Operate cleaning machinery and use PPE as required
• Report hazards and follow all safety procedures
• Perform additional seasonal and as-needed cleaning tasks (e.g., outdoor areas, carpet steaming, floor waxing)
