We’re looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who wants to break into the world of marketing, promotions, and nonprofit fundraising while gaining valuable real-world experience.
As a Promotional Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating excitement and visibility for our nonprofit partners through live events, in-store promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
Organize, set up, and execute promotional marketing events to boost visibility and donations for local and national charities
Create engaging displays and visual merchandising for on-site promotions
Assist in developing and distributing marketing materials and promotional content
Participate in basic fundraising efforts and public engagement activities
Maintain strong relationships with business partners, vendors, and stakeholders
Support internal teams with marketing, administrative, and sales-related tasks
Represent clients with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required
1–2 years of experience in marketing, promotions, advertising, retail, or related fields (internships welcome!)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Self-starter with a positive attitude and drive to learn
Comfortable working flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
Passion for customer service and nonprofit work
