We're just built to be better. We are a great company. We are seeking a **Due Diligence Project Manager (Due Diligence Property Assessor)** to join our Tempe, AZ team! Our successful hire will have about 4 years of professional experience along with an AHERA Building Inspector and/or Lead Inspector/Assessor certification. Come join us! **Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Conduct site inspections, collecting detailed field notes and photographs + Conduct historical and regulatory research + Conduct regulatory file reviews + Report writing consisting of compiling information obtained + Prepare proposals for clients + Implement Atlas Health & Safety policies and procedures + Travel locally and regionally to project sites using personal or company vehicles + Work off-hours and weekends periodically, when required **Minimum requirements:** + B.S. degree in environmental science, geology, or other related field + 4 to 5 years of relevant professional experience + Another type of degree would be considered with more than five years of relevant experience + Ability to write and meet multiple report deadlines + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet organization and project objectives + Technically adept, flexible, and able to multi-task + Exhibits attention to detail, and able to work under periodic time constraints **Technical requirements:** + Technical report writing; experience with online reporting platforms such as Quire is a plus + Proficiency with Microsoft Office® **Other miscellaneous qualities:** + Ability to travel roughly 10-20% of the time; typically within the West Region of the US + AHERA Building Inspector and/or Lead Inspector/Assessor certification is a plus + Experience conducting subsurface soil and/or groundwater investigations is a plus + Desire to be cross-trained in other local service lines (industrial hygiene, soil/groundwater sampling, etc.) **Benefits:** Atlas offers a comprehensive benefit program to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
